satisfied with the hotel, it's a perfect place for staying in saint petersburg. near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient. it deserves its 3 stars.

Very good location, close to metro and train station, useful is you use this transportation to arrive. The hotel is very nice inside, the exterior building is not so.
I really missed an elevator, specially if you carry luggage because you need to go through stairs 3 floors.

The staff were very friendly and spoke a good level of English. The location was great, very near to a supermarket, right next door to Subway and the Metro was at the top of the street.
The walk up to the 5th floor for breakfast The breakfast room had too many tables in for the small size of the room which meant if you timed it wrong it was too packed and cramped.

Our stay was fantastic! Alina, Ksenia and Maria on reception were really friendly and helpful with great recommendations for restaurants and tips on transport around the city, they made us feel very welcome. And the breakfast was delicious, with a great range from sausages and blini to salad and fresh fruit, easily the nicest breakfast I've had staying in hotels of a comparable price range. And the rooms were very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit to St Petersburg

The breakfast room is too small and doens't offer an sufficient space. The breakfast food is a little bit limited but good for this price level even if some efforts should be done

I really appreciated the situation of the hotel. It was close to Nevksy but far enough to avoid noise from the streets! Close to metro station, shops, restaurants and so on. Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff helpful and nice. Breakfast is good but might appear weird to "strangers" don't be afraid to ask the staff for eggs, an omlet or pancakes... As well as glasses, knives and so on. The food is fresh and homemade which is very appreciable!

My brother with his wife stayed at your hotel for 5 days. They really liked everything staff was friendly, ready to help. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. It was their first trip to Sant Petersburg and they highly enjoyed it. Your service was beyond their expectations. Thank you.

Located near the train station and also near the metro made it very easy to get around. Also walking is an option as Nevsky Prospekt is just around the corner. Rooms are basic but clean and bed was comfortable. we had everything we needed for a one night stay.
Breakfast could do with improvement, don't bother to walk up in the 5th floor and find a cafe instead.

Location is great. There are no elevator in building but we staid on second floor. If it is really difficult for you to use stairs you may loose your breakfast because breakfast area on fifth floor. Staff is very young and friendly. Place is very clean. It not that noisy, even location is right in downtown. Very convenient and cheap transportation. Subway station only 2 minutes away. Bus, Trolleybus to go Winter Palace and all cathedrals is around the corner. I would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends.
